Marlene Cantor, Founder & CEO
Since 1991, Marlene has provided premier professional bookkeeping services to households and small businesses, such as consultants, event planners, lawyers, nonprofits, restaurants, retail, landscapers, employment agencies, counseling center and “start-ups”. Her services include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, providing information to the accountant in the preparation of income tax statements, cash management, bank reconciliations, sales tax returns, insurance audits, maintain personnel files and insurance records, and create reports to assist in management decisions. Prior to founding Executive Bookkeeping Services, LLC, in 1991, Marlene owned and operated a successful retail dancewear business for a decade. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from University of New Haven.
Susan Schultz, Bookkeeper
Susan has been providing professional bookkeeping services for nearly 15 years. A graduate of Syracuse University, she is well regarded for her great attention to detail, effective follow-ups and personal touch.
Rosemary Mulia, Bookkeeper
Rosemary, a bookkeeper of choice for trustees and local attorneys, is Founder & CEO of RTM Financial Services, an advisory firm through which she provides bookkeeping as well as financial and investment advisory services to small businesses and high-net-worth individuals. She has more than 20 years of professional bookkeeping experience and is proficient in QuickBooks, Quicken, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Tammy Ha, Bookkeeper
Tammy graduated from The New School with a degree in Interdisciplinary Science. She has experience working with small businesses and specializes in E-commerce and small consulting businesses. She is tech savvy and very knowledgeable in web based applications including Quickbooks Online and Shopify. Her professional goal is to obtain a CPA.
